Renee"When I met Britt I was the heaviest that I have ever been. I was about 15-20 pounds over of what I used to be. I was exercising but not enough to make a noticeable difference. I knew I had to do more cardio and strength training to get to my goal and to better my future, but doing it alone was hard for me. But then I met Britt; and I had no idea how much she would help me in my fitness journey. In the 4 months I have been with Britt I have lost 13 pounds. I have learned how to better my form during exercise, the road to eating healthy and the ability to push myself and to get stronger. The exercises were perfectly tailored to my needs and you never allowed me to over exert myself. "I cannot say enough about what Brit has done for me. I was very active and fit through my first two pregnancies, but my third was a different story. I could not motivate myself until I started taking Brit's classes and following her challenges. She is getting me back to where I was before baby # 3 and making it fun.
